What is a frequently asked question?
A frequently asked question is a question that a lot of people have and want to learn more about. These are inquiries that I have gotten more than once, in fact I’ve gotten them many times over and over again.
Where are you?
I live and work in Echo Park. I see clients from home on Zoom and I meet some of my clients outdoors in Elysian Park. My dog Scoop will join on occasion but only if you’re into that.
What kind of therapy do you do?
My primary modalities are Relational Gestalt, sex therapy, and expressive IFS. I am a former yoga teacher and I have personally done a lot of somatic work throughout my life. I incorporate what I’ve learned about mindfulness, body, and breath into the sessions. I am also inspired by nature and the Earth and that’s why I offer sessions in the park.
Who do you work with?
I work with individuals and couples/partners. While I’m open to working with anyone, my focus is on folks who identify as bi/pansexual or queer and those practicing some form of non-monogamy or relationship anarchy.
Do you offer sliding scale?
I do! I’m happy to be able to offer a number of sliding scale spots in my practice. I use a model called The Green Bottle by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, to help clients self-select where they fall at any given time on the scale of financial privilege. Click on the image to learn more.
